C15 ENGINE C15 for sale

Removed the sump from the engine. removed the oil pump and pick
up. Removed the crankshaft big end and main bearing caps.
Inspected the crankshaft and bearings, found the crankshaft in a
good condition with normal wear to the bearings.
Fitted a new set of big end, main and thrust bearings. Torqued
all components to spec. Checked the oil pump and found it to be
worn. Fitted a new oil pump and refitted the pick up.
Refitted the sump with a new gasket.
Removed the rocker cover and inspected the camshaft and rockers
for wear, all ok. Found the rocker arm on #1 injector had a
missing wear foot. Removed the engine brake and rocker shaft and
replaced the injector rocker with a good second hand one.
Refitted the rocker shaft and top tuned the engine adjusting the
valve clearances, injector heights and Jacobs brake settings.
Resealed and refitted the rocker covers.
Changed the oil and fuel filters and filled the engine with new
oil.
