The REMU EX140 is the grand old man of the REMU range, little has changed in the 25years, we simply got it right first time and kept on producing the tried and tested product. The EX140 bucket is the most copied and others are still trying to get it right.

REMU screening buckets are equipped with 2 to 4 wear resistant steel rotators depending on the model. Most of the rotators are spiral shaped to decrease needed power when starting to operate with bucket full of heavy material.

Blade designs
Our blade designs can be divided into two groups:

Point one no breaking sharp particles
Screening blades genuinely separate the materials without breaking sharp particles into screened material

Point two aggressive blades
Aggressive blades are designed to mince and break the material like glass, roof tiles, root lumps

Cleaning scrapers
Blade screen technology is the best choice for moist materials. Rotating blades make the material move up and down while cleaning scrapers, constantly empty the rotators from sticky materials.
